Full Steam Ahead affects only creatures you control at the time it resolves. Creatures you begin to control later in the turn and noncreature permanents that become creatures later in the turn won’t get +2/+2 or gain any of the listed abilities.
A creature with menace and “This creature can’t be blocked by more than one creature” can’t be blocked at all.
